PJC Construction Co., LLC, established in 1999, is a fully licensed General Contractor and Certified Women Owned Business Enterprise with a wide variety of performance services. We aim to help provide safe and healthy environments for the communities we service through our motto: Building communities together with the community 

PJC Construction is dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction which enables us to be versatile and competitive. Our capabilities include:

• Construction Management where PJC Construction provides budgets, cost estimates, strategies for contract execution, onsite supervision, technical information, skill tradesmen, subcontractors, business professionals, and mechanical technicians for our contracting assignments. 
• General Contracting in rehabilitation and new residential construction projects with an expertise in traditional construction trades such as: Demolition, Electrical, Painting, Flooring, Doors, Carpentry, Masonry, Plumbing, Window, Drywall, Roofing and HVAC
• Residential Sprinkler System Design, Layout, installation, and Life Safety 
• Lead Abatement: PJC Construction Co., LLC is a Certified Lead Abatement Contractor in the state of Maryland since 2001 providing measures to reduce the risk of blood lead poisoning in children and at risk individuals through lead risk reduction and lead abatement. 
• Commercial Projects including projects with City and County schools and public buildings updating courthouses, school libraries, science laboratories, nursing homes, and restaurants. 

Salima Rabb, President of PJC Construction Co., LLC, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drexel University in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Her education coupled with working with a family owed construction business prior to starting PJC totals 22 years of knowledge and experience in contracting, construction, and business. Starting with her first-floor plan layout at the age of 15, Salima Rabb manages the overall function of the PJC and has performed the functions of contract writing, office management, administration, and human resources as well as various field positions within the company.

PJC Construction has completed numerous private, City, and State contracts since incorporating in 1999. The company has also increased its visibility and capabilities by obtaining several licenses and certifications which include: 

1. Maryland Home Improvement Commission License (MHIC) (1999 to present) 
2. Maryland State WBE/MBE Certification (2006 to Present) 
3. Maryland Department of Environment (MDE) Lead Abatement Contractors Certification (2001 to Present) 
4. MDE Lead Supervisors Certification (2001 to Present) 

PJC has a combined experience of over 150 years in the construction business. Our motto: Building communities together with the community, has manifested itself in the various projects we have completed in the State of Maryland.
